The Bible says in Ephesians 4:11-13 – And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers, to equip the saints for the work of ministry, for building up the body of Christ, until we all attain to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to mature manhood, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. We believe that the training and equipping of the people of God is essential to fulfilling their mandate individually and the churches mandate corporately. As each person is trained and equipped in this God-given calling, destiny and purpose, the entire body of Christ advances as each part fulfills its purpose within its identity. We who are many form ONE and as ALL are equipped we advance!
